I thought that my initial greyhound design (top of this page) needed some white space in it to help make a little more sense of the image, so i tried a couple of different versions. I can't decide what works best, on the one hand I feel like having only the large piece of white space on the left hand side makes the image look a little unbalanced, but on the other hand, I'm not sure if including the smaller bits of white actually does much to remedy that and also I'm not sure they actually make the shape of the dog any clearer.
